EMA LGBT Network

The EMA LGBT Network is an initiative of EMA students and alumni who are concerned about gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender issues. The network is oriented towards promoting human rights and tackling discrimination within EMA community and wider.

Opened for whoever wants to contribute to the cause, EMA LGBT aims at:

  • Developing a community and platform of discussion for LGBT students and alumni, and straight allies
  • Organising events to promote professional networking, social interactions and education/discussion on LGBT issues in order to create awareness and understanding among our community
  • Providing information about EMA and Erasmus Mundus programs to prospective LGBT students
  • Connecting LGBT alumni and current students for mentoring, professional networking and recruitment
  • Networking with other LGBT groups around the globe and working together to a common cause

The invitation to join and build this network is open to our LGBT members and straight allies. In other words, any EMA member, either LGBT or straight that wishes to be part of this group and support its activities is more than welcome to join! Simply write to us by expressing your interests.

We’re looking forward to having you as a part of our Network!
Queerly yours, EMA LGBT Network
