Professional Development Team

The EMA Professional Development Team is reponsible for facilitating professional networking among the EMA community in order to foster and promote the career development of the members of the Association.

The team is lead by Thomas Vilarinho and its main activities are:

• Support EMA Professional Networks: working to incentive, support and promote the creation of EMA Professional Networks
• Industry and Jobs: support regarding industry contact and feeding advices to job-seekers (list of job fairs, job search engines, etc.)
• Training and Development: work on possibilities for both training (general and field related) and knowledge sharing in the community.
• Enterpreunership: support enterpreunership and the development of interdisciplinary projects between our members
