Call for Small Scale Networking Fund and Promotional Encounter Fund

An initiative launched by the EMA-Latin American Chapter to support promotional and networking activities organised by its members in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In this second edition you additionally have the possibility to apply to Networking and promotional encounters. Participate!

EMA-LA Small Scale Networking Fund
The Latin American Chapter is giving up to 300€ for initiatives that aim at the development of EM networks in Latin America and the Caribbean. We would like to encourage you in creating initiatives aimed at social, academic and professional networks between students and alumni.
The application in very simple (a one-page form that you can download in Word format here)and the deadline for application is until 9 March 2012.
For eligibility and selection criteria, please read the Small-scale Event Fund document. Although the document is in English (EMA's official language), applications are also accepted in Spanish and Portuguese.

EMA-LA Small Scale Promotional Encounter Fund
The EMA-LA Promotion Team is looking for enthusiastic volunteers who help us promote Erasmus Mundus throughout Latin America. If you feel passionate about the EM programme and want to spread the word with your fellows, we are looking for you! The Chapter is offering up to a 100€ budget for initiatives aimed to encourage students from your home university/town/country to take part in the Erasmus Mundus programme.
What would you do?
You would give an informative talk to a local audience (your university, your city) explaining what Erasmus Mundus is, what its objectives and benefits are, followed by an informal chat or a Q&A session where you can help clarifying the most common queries of the attendees.
What can we provide?
The EMA-LA team will provide you with the necessary elements of the Promotion Kit (Presentation, poster, flyers), and can support you with travel expenses and logistics.
How to proceed?
Download and Fill-in a Small-scale Event Fund document, stating where and when you would like to give the talk (can be between March and June), please provide us with as many details as you can, including: Institution, contact person and contact email, so we can help you better.
