Thank you also to everyone who voted at the GA.
And now, a short description of the winning picture:
“Olympic games” organised by a group of volunteers of the NGO Bel Avenir in Toliara (Madagascar).
This picture challenges our concept of “Olympic Games”, which we relate to greatness, success, and magnificence. If we take a closer look at the most disadvantaged regions of the world, we will see a reality that the Olympic Games do not show: humbleness, poverty, and inequality. Despite these contradictions, there is a positive and encouraging fact: we are all born humans. We all experience feelings and emotions, hopes and dreams. We share a passion for sports.
