EMA’s Director for Outreach & Capacity Building Unit, Mr Rajon Bhuiyan, participated in a panel discussion last November during the : European Research and Innovation Days ASEAN 2022 (EUR&I Days ASEAN 2022), a flagship event of EURAXESS ASEAN.
The event was titled "How Public and Private Funding Finance Green Innovation". The theme was ASEAN and EU Go Green and Digital: Twin Transition Towards Our Sustainable Development Goals.
The session aimed to create a space to discuss the importance of financing green initiatives and hear recommendations to promote funding initiatives for sustainability projects.The panel speakers were: Jean-Pierre Marcelli, JR Demecais, João de Almeida Simões, Rajon Bhuiyan, Associate Professor Nguyen Hoang Khanh Linh. The moderator was Asst Prof Dr Worajit Setthapun. Rajon said: "It was great to hear from the expert panellists and also participate in a panel discussion where we talked about Green Funds for eco start-ups"
