With an eye toward inclusive and forward-thinking governance, EMA officially opened the Call for Applications on May 1, 2025, initiating a structured and transparent selection process in line with our bylaws.

The response to this call was unprecedented. EMA received a record total of 47 applications from passionate and qualified members eager to serve the community. Among them, one was found to be ineligible due to non-membership, and a few others withdrew or did not schedule interviews. In the end, 42 candidates were interviewed, with one candidate having a combined interview for two positions. The overwhelming interest and diversity of applicants reflected the dynamic character and growth of EMA. Notably, three applicants expressed interest in more than one unit, further demonstrating their dedication to EMA’s vision and mission.
