EMA Signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 10 Billion

Paris, France – May 15, 2025
The Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA) [www.em-a.eu] and 10Billion [www.10billion.org] have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation and explore joint initiatives leveraging combined expertise in the following thematic areas:
Peacebuilding: Facilitating dialogue between members from communities that would otherwise not interact.
Capacity Building: Upskilling and empowering youth, particularly EMA members, through targeted programs.
Longtermism: Exploring future scenarios and strategies to create meaningful, sustainable impact in communities.
The signing took place on the 15th of May, 2025 during the Erasmus Mundus Annual Conference and General Assembly in Paris, France, underscoring our shared commitment to strengthening collaboration across regions.

This MoU highlights a joint effort to foster international collaboration and knowledge exchange across the globe. The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation on various activities, including sharing of network resources, invitations to engagement events, participation at national and local events as well as the exploration of further grant activities such as organizing joint in-person, virtual workshops and research activities.
This milestone reflects the dedication of both networks in enhancing opportunities for students with the support of Erasmus Mundus alumni worldwide, ensuring that our communities continue to thrive as influential networks of young professionals and changemakers.
