EMA to Host High-Level Event in Belgrade on Uniting Aspirations, Shaping Destinies

The Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA) is set to host a high-level event titled "Uniting Aspirations, Shaping Destinies: A Balkan-Rooted, Globally-Driven Journey of Talent Empowerment" on 09 June 2025 in Belgrade, Serbia. This initiative aimed to foster sustainable partnerships across academia, industry, and policy sectors, emphasizing the Balkans' pivotal role in global talent development.

The event will begin with Welcome and Networking over coffee, setting the stage for collaborative engagement. The opening session, "Showcasing the EMA Spirit: Inviting Stakeholders to Co-Create Impact from the Balkans to the World" highlighting EMA's commitment to co-creating impactful opportunities from the Balkans to the global stage.

A key highlight will be the round table discussion, "Empowering Talent, Bridging Worlds: A Balkan-Inspired Round Table on Sustainable Partnerships Between Academia, Industry, and Policy" which will brought together university professors, diplomats, government officials, researchers, and EMA leaders. The dialogue will focus on building sustainable partnerships that bridge local insights with global opportunities.

The subsequent open forum, "Shared Responsibility, Shared Future: Uniting Stakeholders to Champion Global Talent" will invite all stakeholders to contribute perspectives on championing global talent and reinforcing the Balkans' role in international collaboration.

The event will conclude with a Networking lunch, the event will provide a platform for continued networking and the strengthening of cross-sector relationships.
