Erasmus Day 2025 Indonesia: Kick Off Your Erasmus+ Journey was held fully online on 18 October 2025, from 13:00 to 15:00 Jakarta Time, bringing together a vibrant community of over 200 participants and 15 Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJM) alumni and current students. The event aimed to provide practical guidance and inspiration for aspiring Erasmus+ applicants across Indonesia.

The event was virtually organized via Zoom and Design and was attended by 200 participants.

The session was moderated by Luthfi Muhamad Iqbal (ISLANDS 2022-2024), who also provided an introduction to the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJM) programme, highlighting its structure, benefits, and application process. The event featured a keynote talk, “Things I Wish I Knew Before I Applied,” by Pritta Andrani Widyanarko (PIONEER 2018-2020), who shared valuable insights from her Erasmus journey. This was followed by “Crafting Your Motivation Letter” with Felicia Agatha Satriya (SMACCs 2021-2023), offering practical tips to strengthen application essays.

A major highlight was the one-on-one mentoring session, where selected participants received personalised feedback from 12 Erasmus+ mentors based in Indonesia, France, Poland, Croatia, Spain, Australia, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Organised by the Erasmus Mundus Students & Alumni Association (EMA) Country Representative Indonesia, the event empowered future scholars to confidently take their first step toward studying in Europe.
