Erasmus+ Seeks International Expert Evaluators

Do you want to work as an independent expert for the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission?
The European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is inviting international experts from all countries and professional fields to contribute to evaluations across higher education, non-formal learning and youth initiatives.
The European Commission regularly recruits external experts for:
· Assessing applications for EU funding (including prizes and tenders),
· Monitoring of EU funded projects and contracts,
· Giving advice on specific issues.

Experts act in their individual capacity to assist the EU services with the implementation of EU funding & tenders managed through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. Do you have an extensive professional experience & proven domain-knowledge?
The European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is currently recruiting international experts from all profiles and countries for the assessment exercise 2026 of the following actions under the Erasmus+ Programme:
· CBHE - International cooperation projects between HE institutions for capacity building in the non-associated E+ countries
· CBVET - Developing key skills, often with participation from universities
· CBY - Capacity building in the field of youth and non-formal learning, as a driver of sustainable socio-economic development

· As new expert, you will be first requested to create your EU login account and register your profile.
· Registered experts can update their profile via the ‘Expert profile’ once signed in.
To be preselected for the EACEA pool of experts, ensure “Erasmus+” is selected as a programme into your profile description!
