Important Update on EMA Newsletter

Dear EMA Community,

We wish to inform our members why the EMA Newsletter cannot be issued for last two months.

The association currently does not have access to the Email Marketing Advanced platform, as payments for the service cannot be processed. The last payment was made on 2 June 2025 by the former President.

As of 16 September 2025, the official handover of leadership has not yet taken place. The election minutes from the General Assembly held on 17 May 2025 in Paris, France remain unsigned by the former President, Dr. Md Ashiqur Rahman, and the formal registration process has not been initiated. Furthermore, the EMA President’s official stamp and access to EMA’s financial accounts (WISE and PayPal) have not yet been fully handed over to the newly elected President.

Due to this lack of leadership transition and access to finances, the newly elected President and the Management Board 2025-2027 are unable to carry out day-to-day operations of the association, including issuance of the Newsletter. Until the formal handover is completed, the new Board does not assume any legal or financial responsibility for acts, omissions, or liabilities arising prior to the transition.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period and will update members as soon as the situation is resolved.
